Hello, hope all is well

I am looking for a new CPA. I have both W2 and 1099 job as well as rental property with expanding real estate portfolio in near future.

Had initial consultation with wealthAbility, I have a huge respect for Top Wheelwright, however not able to make decision for high initial cost right now.

I live in Maryland, thought would ask you if you have a good CPA you could refer.

Thank you for your time

Teah

@Teah Abashidze-  get  fully pre approved  with a  lender  ( assuming you need  to use a loan ) ...this will allow you to be assured you have the loan you need  and  will allow you to become familiar with present  rates/ fees/ payments and  lastly - this will allow you to be prepared to make a  solid offer  on a  property  when you find it

 Thanks

Agreed,  the property  close to the hospital would be good.

Hello, hope all is well

I would like to expend my portfolio and buy 3 rd  long term rental property. I am looking for investing in single family house near Emory university and Hospital with an idea of renting out each room. With my research,  to find a positive cashflow property is difficult, however, I am very optimistic person and thought would reach out to biggerpocket's more experienced investors. I do not think, would manage property myself but hiring a property management.

Thanks for your time
