Starting a small business and the bank is willing to loan up to a $50,000 dollar line of credit with possibly a $50,000 dollar credit card. Interest rate on the line of credit is 1% plus prime and 5% plus prime for the card. Thoughts on what type of investing I should go from here ? I originally thought fix and flip with the line of credit, but am open to hearing about other creative options for Jacksonville, FL. Thanks in advance.

@Tom W. Thanks for the advice, I will ask for a longer list.

@Brian Illingworth She said they only had one list that they can send out, I have yet to receive it yet so I'm not sure the information that is attached with it yet.

@Dale G. Im still awaiting the list from the court, when I receive them I will update you on whats included on the list. I saw the Clay County site and I think it should contain all the information I need if I can provide the case number. It might be a little detective work but I hope its worth it.

Hello BP Nation!

I did a quick search before hand and didn't see this question asked yet. I called my probate court today and to my surprise they were very knowledgable on giving out probate lists for a very reasonable price. The next question the probate clerk asked me that caught me off guard was " How many months back would you like the list to go?", Out of pure instinct and with no rhyme or reason I said two months. My question is how far back are others looking? Or are you asking for the list so often that one month seems to be just fine? Any suggestions or feedback is greatly appreciated. Hoping the probate SME's (@sharonvornholt ) can help me here.

Cheers,

Ty Downing

Welcome to sunny Florida, if you have any questions regarding the area just fire away.

Cheers,

Ty

As the title suggests I am a brand new REI knowledge sponge. My name is Ty Downing and I am stationed in Jacksonville,Fl. Currently serving in the United States Navy and have been for 5 years, I recently found my self enthralled in the idea of REI and can't get enough of reading on the subject and doing research to find the niche that I can hopefully excel in.

I'm still struck by analysis paralysis at this time but am looking forward to learning and to one day stumble across my first deal after I create my plan and find some creative financing. Wish me good luck! Happy I found this forum, it seems rich in support and nurturing in education.
