30 properties include:

25 sfr

3 townhomes

2 duplexes

**These are ONLY for the buy and hold investor, NOT fix and flip**

All but 4 are rented. Excellent turn-key opportunity with all below market rents.

CASH BUYERS Only inquire and must be able and willing to provide POF and sign NCNDA.

I am looking to invest in the Grandview/KC area and am curious about current values on 1950's construction 3/1/1, 3/2/2, 2/1/1.

Thank you!

Thanks Tom! I didn't get a chance to make it, but my business partners said it was excellent.

Thanks Will. I will do some digging on the site.

Thank you Andy!

By the way, did you attend the REI Expo in Grapevine this weekend?

I am currently working on a property analysis for a potential buyer and need to know a good 'rule-of-thumb' for determining closing costs. Also, is there a similar method to determine holding costs for rehab projects in Texas?

Thanks!

Will, is there some information on your website about investing in notes and deeds for use as a retirement investing vehicle?

Motivated seller(s) needs to sell lot(s) in Texas and use proceeds to purchase lot in Oklahoma. There is potential for land developers in Texas!
