Hi everyone, 

So I'm curious if anybody out there knows the effect that was had on real estate during & following the last pandemic in the early 1900s. As a tag-along question, what happened in foreign markets during epidemics such as MERS and SARS?

I would definitely buy it assuming condition & comps check out.  Ask her if it is advantageous (for tax reasons) for her to accept payments over several years. If she sells her investment property she would be liable for all her gains at once. Owner financing will allow her to spread her tax liability over the life of the loan.
