Thank you very much for your advise.

 i did try to deal with some tenants. 

I will look into local cleaning service to get the quote.

In order to grow big into this rental business, i need to have reliable people or company to take care this for me

I am living Chicago area. I got around 7 units but i can not find anyone that clean up the common area for me. Anyone recommend any way or company to do with effective cost?
