Good Day,

I wanted to introduce myself, I am looking forward to learning much more about Real Estate investing via everyone's experience here on Biggerpockets.

I am currently in transition, my wife and I are selling our Property Disaster Restoration business and will be relocating to Edmonton in 2016. I will be filling a position as a Branch Manager for a commercial general contractor and will also be the senior project manager for their HAZMAT (asbestos) division.

I am a 3rd generation builder and have well over 7 years as a project manager and estimator along with my previous 12 years working directly for large multi family developers in Calgary and Vancouver. I have a passion for solving problems and for property!

Once my wife and I have re established ourselves in Edmonton it is our hope to become involved in the Real Estate Investing, primarily flipping and inner city infill construction. Our intention will be to do this part time while i continue to work.

Anyways, Thanks for giving me an opportunity to introduce myself.

Kind Regards,

Tyler
