 Yes that’s the right place.  The only day that week they can accommodate us would be Thursday the 15th. They ask that we order food and there is a 20% gratuity. I’ll buy the first few pizzas! If we get 12+ that confirm here, or to me privately, I’ll confirm it. If anyone one wants to throw out another place and time we can go with them. 

I’m so glad I stumbled into this discussion after listening to the podcast. There should be a linked to the so as to tell the other side of the story. I want to at least be informed so I could make my own decisions. Potentially dangerous waters to be swimming in! 

I’ll check with conscio’s by Monday and post if the room is free that night then we can count the votes and post a time and place

@Keric Allen Conscio (sp?) restaurant has a room I am sure they would let us use as long as we ordered a few things or had some drinks. Pizza is pretty good. They are on 190 and Causeway Blvd. By fazzio's.  I could check with them, Valentinse is Feb 14, unless google is wrong.   I am in wherever

@Joshua Hardy how about an update? I mailed 50-100 driving for dollars and am amazed to have gotten 4 responses. One listed with a realtor the day before my letter reached them, one is a Quad with some weird zoning issues I backed away from. The other two knew the value of their homes and I was only able to to negotiate them to 8-12% below current value (more or less the realtors commission). I’m amazed and encouraged by that amount of results. So again how are your numbers working? 

I’m looking for a title company with good service, great reputation and reasonable rates. 

Willing to wor with investors and possibly some wholesale business (double close)
