Currently trying to break into the space. My wife and I have been medical travelers for a few years and have a enough capital to do a few deals. Looking in Greensboro, Raleigh, Wendall, Rocky Mount, Greenville (Eastern NC). I'd really like to do JV with someone so can get a fill for how things go. If your interested in doing a JV with me shot me a DM. I've also got a pretty big following on social media and would love to help you scale yours for your business. Tik tok: ct_tyler.

The big thing for me know is learning how to pan through all the deals from wholesalers I have coming my way now. What are some red flags I should be looking for when it comes down the property in distress? Foundations? Trusses? Sagging? how old the roof and HVAC are? and what are some Green flags that stand out that make you feel it is a good deal?

Currently on a job contract in Maui, HI (Medical Traveler). Having said that I am from NC and will be moving back around the end of November. I'm hoping I can find a whole seller in the eastern part of the state to buy from. Looking for properties in Greenville, Rocky Mount, Wendall, and Raleigh. If its near a hospital thats even better. What is the best way to find local wholesellers and contractors

I'm currently looking for partners to invest in SFH, with the idea of doing MTRs. I've been a Medical Travelers for about two and a half years and am moving back in the spring. Looking to get my hands into the market. currently looking in Durham for SFHs.

I also have a drone and made a commercial for a RV resort in MA. will gladly help you out if you need pictures or videos of your properties.

Vacancy at 4 percent seems a little low
