Quote from @Jeet Sangha:

Last I checked, the vacancy rate was extremely low, something like 1.5%. Our newest rental is a 3/2 home rented for $2000/month.

Awesome thanks for your input, Jeet! How many rentals do you own in the area & are they all single family?

I'm seeing a lot of activity in the area, and I hear of a lot of people pivoting from flips to rentals in this market. Would love to hear any and all thoughts on the strategy as well as insights into CA restrictions regarding the STR.

Thanks!

Has anybody ever invested in Ojai, CA? How is the Airbnb action there? Is there anywhere better?
