I have recently stumbled upon a 4plex that looks like it needs a decent amount of work in order to rehab. The building has a sign for auction.com but after several attempts I was unable to locate the listing on their website. After further investigation on the county assessment website I found that the building was owned by BNY Mellon. The building is not listed to the best of my knowledge. How do I go about contacting BNY about the status of this building and the possibility of buying the property?

Is it possible/feasible to get seller financing when a realtor is already involved? How does that work/what should I offer in that case?

Hey guys! My name is Taylor and I'm new to this page and to real estate investing and I just have a few questions to help get started. Do you feel like finding rentable properties that can be seller financed is a good way to get my foot in the door with minimal capital, and if so what is the best way to find a seller finance deal? Feel free to message me and thank you to anybody in advance for advice!!
