Hello BP, I've been committed to real estate and creating my wholesale company for well over a year now. I have got my website ranked in top of google (doesn't mean much), I've created connections and networked within my local market (Tallahassee FL) attracting both cash buyers and motivated sellers. I have come really close to closing on a couple of deals, just to have them fall apart last minute. 

My question for you all is, should I continue on the wholesaling path or just get my realtor license and sell houses & create connections that way? Im good at selling and with people skills but I don't like the stereotype that comes with wholesaling. I feel like I could really succeed at being a realtor but I don't want to just quit on wholesaling when I have invested so much time and resources to it.

Thoughts?

Hey BP, I'm currently searching for lists with more motivated sellers. I have been able to get my hands on the county code violations list of properties, but I am wondering where I could obtain probate, eviction, divorce, or even back tax lists?

Paul Fagot I am in the beginning stages of my wholesaling company, but for my first few deals I plan on co-wholesaling with one of the top wholesalers in my area. I was able to network my way into having a experienced wholesaler walk me through my first few deals. Though I am in a different position, I still think co-wholesaling is beneficial in many ways. The main reason being that half of a deal is better than no deal! Also creating relationships with other wholesalers creates yet another pipeline for leads and partnerships.

Has anyone used Lead Propeller? If so what was your experience like, would you recommend it and/or continue using their services? Also if you have used or know of any other quality companies with simular SEO & SEM services, please list them!

Hello BP, I am in the process of creating my website landing page and a couple of squeeze pages. I'm not sure if I should use Word Press, Wix, Square Space, or leadpages? Also has anyone used Bluehost as a web hosting and domain registrar, if so would you recommend using it? My final question is what are some of the Top email service providers, and which is best to  start out with. Thanks BP!
