@Nathan G. Thanks for the insight.

Hey everyone,

I’m trying to learn how to analyze properties and part of that obviously involves using comp properties. My question is how do I adjust the price of a comp property based on its unique differences? For instance, my lead property has 2 baths, and my comp property has 1. Where can I find data that would help me determine the amount to adjust this comp? Maybe a price per square foot or some sort of factor I can multiply by the difference in square footage. Thanks for any feedback.
