I am looking to get started with investing in some rentals properties in the Kansas City area. I have a pretty good idea what I want to do but I just wanted to hop on here to get some advice or tips I could use as a start this process. Thank you! Taylor Brooks

Hey Everyone,

My name is Taylor Brooks and I just turned 23 not too long ago. I live in Kansas City, Mo and have been living here for around 15 years. I just recently received my real estate license for Missouri. Along with being an Agent in the Kansas City area, I also work in the US Navy Reserves. I have been a listener of Big Pockets and really learned a lot about real estate and investing. My goal in real estate is to get into investing starting with some rental properties and moving my way up.

Thank you and I can't wait to get started!
