@Wydeisha Jones yes the past rent, Past has to be paid first before future payments will be paid

Mine went to batched on Monday..no email,no payment showing to my utility Co and nothing on the rent so far..will let you know how long it takes

@Tawanda Leonard I’m not sure yet it’s only showing 1 month hopefully the email says different but my landlord submitted request for the end of December 

Mine Is showing payment is being processed and shows processed under payment schedule for utilities and rent...I've had this status about a week..hopefully soon payment will be sent

Demarcus mine was showing pending payment for a little over a week now it’s batched but my payment schedule still shows processed for rent and utilities 

 Mine says in qc review and shows 2 processed payments, 1 pending. I'm not exactly sure what this means so I sent them a message. The program is at 3 months at a time, correct?

@Tawanda Leonard mine is the same..it says qc review as status but under payment schedule my utility bill says processed and rent is pending..idk what any of it means...like what's the next step etc
