Hello, everyone! Looking forward to seeing y'all on Monday night!!!

Hi! So excited to be a part of this community - I have been lurking for a few months, and thought that I would jump in and introduce myself!

My name is Michelle Walters - I am a residential real estate broker that specializes in working with investors. After getting my MBA from NYU with specializations in Finance and Real Estate, I went to work for for a real estate private equity firm in the New York City area, where I managed $25M in assets and performed due diligence and financial analysis for potential acquisitions.

Now that we are in the Denver area, I am using all of my "nerdy" spreadsheet and acquisitions skills to help private investors who don't have their own acquisitions departments! I am passionate about working with investors, and understand the speed and thoroughness that you require to get deals done!

My goal is to develop a network of investors that want to do deals in the Denver area, and to source deals to present to them. I am excited to hear that there is a strong community of investors here in the Denver area, and plan on being at future Bigger Pockets meetups!
