I went to this seminar in July. It was easily the most informative, hands on learning I have ever been apart of. I got an email saying they were doing another (he only does about 2 a year). Thought I would pass it along. Perfect for the beginner or the experienced investor looking for new strategies that work in today's market. Really is unlike anything you have read or been a part of. [LINK REMOVED] looks like they have not even updated the website yet. the dates I have are Jan 15-19 in Charlotte. If you have questions feel free to send me a message or post and I will let you know what i know.

Has anyone had any success marketing directly for potential short sale homeowners? If so what did you do?

Sorry it took so long to get back to you all. I have been out of town and without internet connection (I do not know how people lived without it). My first deal was a condo rehab. I bought it for 95k and sold it for 198k. This was in CA and I bought it at the PERFECT time. I really appreciate all of your posts. I am always looking to network and learn, parter on deals and so on.

Yes I sure did. I needed out of California. Where I lived was not a place I wanted to raise my children, so after some research I decided on either Portland, OR or Charlotte. Portland is very beautiful but rained far to much for me. Anyways that is more than you asked but there it is.

Hello all, My name is Travis and I am in the Charlotte area. I am REALLY excited to be getting started in what I hope will be a long (and profitable) ride. I have done one deal so far and did really well off of it. I am looking to buy some wholsale properties in the Carolinas if anyone has any, and of course if the #'s work.
