Hey @Chris Truong

Sorry for my delay in replying.

I enjoyed the workshop. But it was worth it only for whoever was really new to RE. Chris has a training program which will be advertised during the class that helps implement the strategies discussed during the training.

hello,

@Trent Kruessel

I found it helpful. It was worth it for me for the price. Good information, but too much to learn in 1 weekend.

Hello everyone!

I am a Real Estate investor in Houston TX and RE fascinates me! I invest while holding a full time job as an engineer.

I’m looking for RE investors in my region, specially those who share the same philosophies as those found here in the biggerpockets website. I’m so glad i found that website! I’ve been learning a lot and networking with great and successful people whom I’m looking to partner with some day, offer business and build my network.

I have joined a local REIA and now I am part of a network of investors that has access to local wholesale properties as well as non-MLS bank owned inventory. If you are interested in being added to my buyer's list, please send me a note with your number and best time to reach you when I call you back. I'm looking forward to doing business with wise, motivated and like-minded investors.

God bless you all!

Tatiana

Hello everyone,

I came across this workshop by Chris Goff to be held this weekend in Houston: Learn How to Flip Houses and Start a Real Estate Investing Business! Houston, TX – August 27th & 28th 2016

Has anyone here ever attended any workshop by Chris Goff? What is your feedback on it? I'm thinking of attending but I have not heard of him and don't know anyone who has attended his training. Thank you so much.

@Jonathan G.

Thank you so much! That's a great strategy,would be great if I could do that. At the moment I don't own a house. That's another thing I'm thinking of doing but houses in the neighborhood I want to live in are too expensive and would generate negative (very negative!) cash flow if rented in the future. I'm thinking of searching for an REO in that neighborhood that I can buy with a Fannie Mae loan + homestyle renovation mortgage @ 5% interet so that I can pay in the loan as much as or less than what I pay in rent right now and if I need to rent in the future I can do that. What do you think?

Thanks again.
