I live in Burnet / Marble Falls Texas area and the highland lakes have suffered some due to drought, but farms and ranches are doing pretty good. Marble Falls is about 30 miles from Austin and they are building a large hospital here. I forsee huge growth here in the next years, but a lot of it depends on what the feds do. Are they going to be pro growth or continue down the same path they have been on for the last 12 years or so?
