Hire a lawyer to draft a brief purchase agreement for you

Honestly why should she have to hire a lawyer when the community should be able to give her a purchase agreement for her state. After all we are here to network and help one another.

Hello fellow peers I am excited to spark a group discussion about a negotiable deal I have a property seller that owns the property and asking a price that we are in negotiation on. I have to meet the requirements of the seller at the reasonable price. Well, I am sure if I market to the correct buyer the property can be bought. I am just short of confidence and would like to know how other newbies have been able to work with buyers that are willing to pay higher amounts for properties.
