@Michael P. Agreed!!! I’m actually a Columbus native but I’m looking to build my portfolio so Toledo has been my hot spot as now and that’s only because I can purchase multiple units for the price of one there versus here.

Hello BiggerPockets, Im currently working on building a portfolio of financial freedom. I haven't been working in the real-estate field long but looking to network and gain as much knowledge and experience as possible with other rental property investors, lenders, BRRR and House Hacking methods.
