@Edgar Perez clearly I am putting those 3 properties on hold.  My heart breaks for Kenosha.  I am not trying to ask this question in regards to financial gain, but more to gain knowledge about my market.   I am asking from the biggerpockets community who may have gone through this situation in the past.   

@Edgar Perez I am also an investor in Kenosha.  I have 3 additional properties I am in the process of purchasing there too so it is an important question to ask.  I don’t mean to be insensitive, I am just trying to get an idea of what has happened to other small cities where this has happened to in the past.   

@Matthew Paul are you asking why I am asking because I am from Chicago and there has been looting in Chicago or because I am not from Kenosha?  I feel like there is a big difference between a big city like Chicago and a small city like Kenosha.   I am new to investing and want to know the more long term effects of looting in a smallish city are.  

What do you think will happen to the real estate market in Kenosha post riot/looting? What has happened to the RE markets in the past after looting was done in other small cities?

@Brie Schmidt I have a 2 flat under contract in Kenosha County Wisconsin. I was going to use the bigger pockets Wisconsin lease. Would you recommend using the WI legal blank over the bigger pockets lease?

Do you own a LLC in Delaware for other commercial real estate LLCs you own in other states? If so, how does that work out for you? And I would you recommend it?

I am considering buying a 2 flat, but it is next to a new storage unit facility. Is this a deal breaker? Would you buy it or pass on it? It's a good deal
