I just signed up & purchased $20 of skip trace. Called/texted at least 20 people. All of the contact information are incorrect.

I just spent $50 for phone number data in Florida and Georgia and out of 500 contacts, 20 had phone numbers.  I'll probably go back to batchleads. I just hate the membership cost over there plus their skip trace is .14 cents. Can't win them all.

I have a few more sites to test out. I'll update here if I find any success. Skip tracing in CA costs $0.10 per attempt, and while the information isn't accurate, I'll use all the ski[ trace first. My goal is to find 1 investor out of 200 skip trace attempts.

Hi Everyone,

I am a recently licensed Real Estate Agent focused on selling off-market deals. I want to pick some of your brains—whether you're newbies or experienced agents—on where you have found the most success in finding qualifying cash buyers.

So far, I've tried Facebook, Craigslist, cold calling, etc., but nothing has worked for me. Any tips or strategies that have worked for you would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Like others have mentioned, the exam crash course will help a lot. I also suggest purchasing a book on Audible called "Real Estate Terms Pocket Dictionary." I listened to this book at least five times right before my exam, and it was really helpful. I passed my exam two months ago and found it to be fairly easy.

Good Luck!
