It’s piece of important data that is not Collected unfortunately. Stats on airs a are not quite accurate as people are Airbnb but doesn’t mean town or county is letting them and subject to fines and they are catching up to it. So it would be lousy to buy a property where everyone is doing Airbnb and the months later you find out they are shutting it down
