Hi everyone, my name is Tanner. I am currently 20 years old, but I am very eager to get started in the fixing and flipping of houses, while also learning what to do in order to make those houses rentals as well. I am looking for more information on how to find funding for theses projects, and what the best way to go about things would be. If anyone has any information or tips, please comment on this post and help me get started. I have a goal to own 5 rental properties by the time I turn 24. That gives me four years to get experienced and start achieving that goal. Thank you!
