I am entering the Real Estate approach very strong. Which means every article, book, seminar,Webinar, classes and anyone with insight i am seeking. Knowledge is power so I want to know everything i can before I Invest my money. So my question is, why do so many people that are REI discourage me from entering the field? So I ask, which is a better investment, Rental Properties or just Land?

@Cory Carlson Thank You! I will look into getting my license. Networking seems very huge in this work and I know that will not be a problem for me.
