Hello BP!

I am new to the investment world and I want to start out with wholesales in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. I am trying to build my buyer's list for my wholesales. (Reverse engineering) Do you have any advice or tools on how to build my list?

Hello Carlos,

From my research and small amount of experience the contracts that you use as a wholesaler are usually drafted between you and your legal representative.  People will review with you the loops involved but I have yet to find someone willing to share the contract.  I recently hired a tax/investor advisor who will be my legal representation and will draft all of my documents for me.  He is also giving us tax advice and establishing our corporation.  I highly recommend reaching out to someone who can adapt to your needs.
