What i did was ,i owned a single family home free and clear so i took out an heloc against that property and was able to buy more units without any cash out of my pockets for my down payments on my multi units

My name is tanisha and I'm new to this site and still New to investing , i have a a couple of rental properties under my belt but this next deal i was thinking of buying a bundle deal of single family homes at once from a seller that is offering 1-5 SFR or 1-3 SFR all at once for a good number i was wondering were there financing out there for multiple SFR under one mortgage and what are some stipulations , pro and cons about this
