@David P.

I am a pit owner and I do allow pets. I don't restrict breeds, but I do have a detailed pet policy.

1 of my properties, 1 tenant has a pit and the other has a German shepherd. Both tenants have children. They both share the backyard space. I absolutely do not allow the dogs unleashed and unsupervised outdoors on the property.

Always keep in mind that if you allow pets, there are restrictions that need to be in place REGARDLESS of the breed because at the end of the day, they're animals. Any dog has the potential to bite.

I hope you recover fully!

@Tony Kim

It was the bull dog that but him, NOT the pitbull

Hi,

I had a similar situation, except it was gas. They were unable to use the stove or the heat in the apartment for about 2 weeks. They didn't ask for a discount, but I did compensate them for the 2 weeks because it's only right.

Hey guys,

Any recommendations on a CPA in the NY/NJ area?

Mine is retiring and I need another who's very knowledgeable about the ins and outside of real estate investments.

@Long Di

Hi! I am an ortho PA and I have properties in 2 different states. It was pretty challenging at 1st, but I resulted in getting a property manager. I am still aware of all things going on with the properties. I manage 1 of my properties myself because the tenants are pretty low key, low maintenance type. I hardly hear from them.
