I saw an interesting article on my local news station last night. It concerned the Homepath program. Basically, this program assist people in buying foreclosure.

A RE agency have their employees bid for home and they won the bid. Also the RE agency place the SFH put the home on auction.

Just looking for insight.

I have a similar situation like yours. The buyer is actually my sister and it's on MLS. I want to negotiate for a lower price be because it's been on MLS for 85 days

Hi, I have a family member looking to buy a condo. She's want to pay around 54k and I found one in the area she wants for 59k. How would I analyze this deal? Do I contact realtor and try to negotiate?
