Vishal, I am getting it to further understand the market for my investment goals. But because I have connections in the business I wouldn't be opposed to picking up a listing would one of my existing clients ask me to.

Hello everyone, 

I am in the process of doing the required training to obtain an Agent license in NJ. I am getting it to help with my investing goals and do not want to pursue being an agent full time. However, I do have many connections in the business since I am an Interior designer and custom home builder of luxury properties and do want a prestigious name to attach myself to. Can someone elaborate on the sponsoring broker/agent relationship?
