I was qouted on wraparound guy offered to buy a 300k mortgage for 270k

now he would also be paying off my loan of 220k so i would make 50k on note sale and 30k upfront

Rick all my properties updated and cashflowing so thats not the problem..

once i have the note buyer in place and they buy the existing wrap mortgage i would immediately pay off my loan so the note buyer is in 1st position

its a process selling in this market as is in any other im tired of dealing with fha buyers i want a quick easy process

i currently own several 3 family rental properties in newark new jersey my average value is $355,000 i have some worth more and some worth less but im looking to sell these with $30,000 down and carry a wrap around of $300,000 and of course sell the $300,000 mortgage off asap 

any advice on how to do this?

ITS NOTHING MORE THEN A PYRAMID SCHEME I WAS IN ARIZONA LAST YEAR I MEET 1 REP IN PERSON JUST BY A FLUKE AND HE HAD HIS REP CALL ME THEY WERE WORSE THEN PEOPLE SELLING AMWAY IT WAS ACTUALLY AMUSING TO A CERTAIN EXTENT I ASKED FOR SOME PRIVATE LENDERS SHE TOLD ME SHE HAD A BUNCH BUT WOULD ONLY SET ME UP AFTER I PAID SOME INSANE MEMBERSHIP FEE TO THERE CULT .... ITS A JOKE
