Heather Harrison, I understand where you are at.  I want to do wholesaling, but every time I am ready to get out there, I get stuck like I don't know enough.  I think if I could follow someone around for a day and see what kind of property they look at, I know I can do the negotiating and closing.  It's just taking that first step.

Thank you Michael Biggs.  I was considering more Conroe, Willis and the Woodlands to try to break into.  Huntsville is growing at astounding rates.  The hospital has been bought out by Quorum and they plan on building that up, so I figure in the next year or two things will be looking up in Huntsville.

Thank you guys for all the information.  I had heard so much about investing in Dallas and Houston, these little towns kind of scared me.
