@Nate Richards - Thanks for the advice Nate!  We will keep those areas in mind.  Definitely would prefer to stay close to home, I'm a bit tired of the long commutes and heavy traffic. 

And yes, I am shocked at the home prices, they are awesome!  San Diego has a very high demand for rentals, but home prices are so ridiculous that you can't make any money off of rents, financially it just doesn't make sense.

I'll definitely try Smokey Burgers, but I sure am dying for some galley boys from Swenson's!  Nowhere else in the country have we found them but in Ohio and they are awesome!

Thanks!  What part of Ohio are you from?  This is such a small world, I was born right up the road from you in Santa Monica and lived several years around Centinela and W Washington!
