Thanks everyone for your help! What do you mean the manual upload for collecting rent? A manual upload on the program or some other way?

We have around 30 rentals, a construction company and we flip houses. I am more concerned about the rentals. An easy way for tenants to pay rent and for us to keep track of, receiving maintenance requests, sending out letters to tenants & running reports. Just the normal Property Manager things.

Hello, Does anyone here use the program Buildium for property management? I have a friend that tells me it is a great program to use for rentals. Just wanted to hear some opinions before I jump in.
