I'm planning to sell an out of state REO property in Wynne Arkansas. Posted on Marketplace 3 days ago. Not a single inquiry so far. Plan B would be to hire a local realtor. How long should I wait to go with Plan B? I'd like to hire a realtor, at the same time market it to other investors myself. Not sure if it's a proper thing to do. Any thoughts or opinion are very much appreciated.

@Hugh C. just a thought. My understanding is you can use CA land trust to title a Virginia property. I'm myself in the process of forming CA land trusts to title out of state properties.
