Do any of you report rent payments to the credit bureaus? If so, which company did you use or do you have any recommendations.

Owner is deceased 

No heirs/family 

Not listed on mls yet

Do I call the trustee?

I found a preforeclosure and researched the owner and found out they are deceased. What is my next step in this process?

How do I analyze an abandon property that's best use is a tear down?  I would like to run it through the calculator for wholesale. 

Hello, I live in Seattle and recently passed broker exam. I currently work full time and most firms ideally want full time agents. Until, I learn more of the business and can make a transition, I can commit to part time. I’ve always been interested in wholesaling, fix and flips, buy and holds.
