I am currently looking for someone that is actively involved in RE Investing with 35 miles of Lawrenceville, Ga. Looking to bring my experience from being and Agent in South back here to my hometown. 

If there is a mentor type or investor looking for someone that is committed to excellence in this market I am your guy. I would love to sit and chat about the market here bounce somethings off of you and possibly bring some valued added  experience to your team before fully stepping out on my own.  Basically looking to forge a nice working relationship in this market with a reputable and reliable person in the industry.

Recently relocated back to my hometown of Atlanta, Ga., specifically Lawrenceville, Ga. I am a former Real Estate Agent in Florida. After moving back here to GA I am convinced it is time for me to join the ranks of the investors.

I am very knowledgeable on many things real estate but completely fresh to the idea of investing. Now, I am looking at the market here and trying to get a hold on the trends and what’s working here in the area as far as fix and flips. Putting together my team/network i.e., great GC’s, subs, a motivated Realtor, inspector, interior designer and the whole nine.

This will be my full-time business. I’ve followed BiggerPockets for a while through blogs and YouTube. I am looking forward to making new contacts here in the forums, in Atlanta and the surrounding areas.
