I suggest you search these pages for "Than Merrill", because it's probably the same thing with a different celebrity sponsor.

I think the overall consensus is, you can go to the classes if you want, and you probably won't be taught anything illegal or unethical, but with a little effort, you can learn everything you need to know for free. Your first "class" will be free, and you can probably use that for networking. The next class will be a few hundred$, and maybe you can network more, but there's likely to be more classes costing thousand$.

And even the Gurus will tell you, their "secrets" won't help you if you don't put in the effort. So if you have to put in a little effort, you might as well start with self-guided research.

So I'm thinking the Free Research option is looking better and better.

But nevermind, like I said, search for "Than Merrill". Or for that matter, search for "Jack Bosch". Same beer, different label. Lots and lots of hits.

You should search for local OH  self-storage investors here on BP and then reach out to them directly. Alternatively, look up the owners of local self-storage places in your area and reach out to them.
