@Peter Fennig I'm interested in liquidating my multifamily investments by refinancing and recapitalization. I don't want to completely "exit" from my investments. I would recoup the cash, put in while retaining income stream and potentially for future appreciation and tax breaks. I would refinance at better rates and use equity to reinvest in new projects. My goal is to keep benefiting from a growing multifamily portfolio.

Hello BP family,

I am looking to network with private or hard money lenders to help me finance my first deal. What are other ways I could finance my first deal? I am looking to buy a small MF (2-4 units) I have an average credit score and I don't have a massive amount of Capital. Could I get some feedback please?

@Brandon Sok Likewise, I want to learn as much as possible for free. I'm fascinated with all the information I've encounter these past two days being apart of the BP community. All the answer are here! I agree I'll be able to dive into my first deal in no time.

Hello BP family,

I am a new BP pro member, I have been listening to the BP podcast for about a year on soundcloud, I've read a few books regarding real estate. I am wanting to buy my first property with a FHA loan. I am aiming for a multi-family unit. I plan to live there for the legal amount of time necessary and to repeat the process. Any advice/ strategies or just feedback on what I am trying to accomplish?
