What applicants you dont take when you do a background check? What If something comes up and it happened many years ago?( New Jersey tenants)

Hey BP family. I've been checking out this house in New Jersey for a couple months now I found the owner information but I don't have a phone number or email. What is another way I can get in contact with him besides the mailing to the home which is vacant.

I am looking to purchase my first 4 for family home (400k) in Union County NJ. I will like you use a Hard Money Lender from BP but I am not sure which one to choose. 90% of them seem to offer what I will like to do (BRRRR). Any recommendation or advise? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for all your help. I am currently putting an offer for a REO in Union Nj. THEY ARE asking for 250k but I put an offer in for 227k. 4b 2b needs work. If we get the home Inwant to put at least 50k in the home.

If you upgrade your home do your property taxes go up?
