Hey BP and thanks for all the valuable info so far. I just finished reading the Ultimate Guide and had a few questions.

How do you decide what strategy to use? Is this only based on preference? And should you only look for and buy properties that fit calculations for that strategy?

How do you calculate whether a property is a sound investment other than the 70% rule? Is there a more complex formula that allows you to factor in expenses as well?

Again thank you so much. I am learning more everyday because of this site.

Hello Jorge.

I am 20 and am new to real estate investing as well. I am going into this with my dad not only because I was wary of being judged on my age but because he has more experience dealing with finances and would be able to guide us better when it comes to the intricacies of the deals. So in my opinion, it would be beneficial to bring in a family member.

Hello BP!

My name is Tahir Kurji. I am a 20-year old studying mechanical engineering at the University of Miami.

My dad Hanif Kurji, whom I will also get to make an account, was the one originally interested in REI. He owns his own business and property, but has now been looking toward retirement plans and so forth. He came across investing four or five months ago and began researching a bit more. He went to a free event from Fortune Builders and paid the $200 for the 3-day seminar, which we just went to together this weekend. We decided not to go the path of the Mastery course, and we have decided to learn on our own instead. I am a very driven individual, and my dad has the experience of owning a business and multiple properties so it made sense to work together on this venture.

I have just begun reading multiple books and guides regarding business systems and information about flipping and wholesaling properties. I also understand the benefits of BP and connecting with other real estate investors.

Therefore, I look forward to learning and networking with others on these forums.

Thanks,

       Tahir Kurji
