I agree with Joel! Make sure that you take a ride after dark in the area where you are thinking on investing in. You will be surprised how some neighborhoods change when the sun goes down..

That kind of thing usually comes to me when I walk threw the property ! What is your gut telling you to do? Smoke damage is very difficult to get rid of permanently. Then again 50% off MV sounds like a go to me, but like I said walking threw the property should give you a better feel for how it will all work out.
Best of luck

$ 1000 you can get one for $10 . Hey Matt is the biggest piece of garbage that has ever walked the earth. You can get them as long as they are available you never pay more then $10 unless you want to buy one that is pr4 or aged then if you didn't know that then you will not know how to take care of it after you buy it and will get caught.
I am not here to give you a hard time but I get $1,400 a month per keyword from my clients
And the reason why I hate Matt so much and anyone that is involved in SEO does also is because he makes are job so much harder with all the updates.
Guys you do not want to buy that stuff you do not need it . You can do a Google search of the keywords that you want to be affiliated with the Google keyword tool then go to domize or Go Daddy and see if you can find one of those domains with the keywords you are looking for add a - if you need too and buy what you find for ten dollars.
For a business I would suggest marketing your brand and just use the name of your company or what your service is . You do not want a aged domain because Matt Cutts at Google is right now DE-valuing them and you will get caught and never end up in Google. They will see the whos change and then your done.

That is not true about Google puts very little on it here is the first page for dog traininghttps://www.google.com/search?q=dog+training&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a look at the domains .
Be careful to who you listen to for they have no idea of what they are talking about.

Dave
That's garbage what Go Daddy is trying to sell you . It's the same as throwing your money in the garbage. If you want to get your website indexed in Google all you have to do is write a article put a backlink to your website in it and submit it for free to Ezine Articles or any other free article directory.
Hit me up if you need more help I will give you my Skype if you need it.

The Keyword in the Domain is one of the single most important thing you could do to rank for that keyword. Recently Google made a little up date to lessen this important but it still the fastest way to rank for a particular keyword .
