@Joe Splitrock PM has had 10 months.  What is the suggested timeframe to give them

@Mindy Jensen i dont understand the reasoning that you/bigger pockets left that out of the lease and or addendums until now one of the main functions of a lease is to protect you when things go wrong not just assume things are going to go right seems like a major misstep on BP to leave that out what other things have you left out in hopes things will go right?

never know what the market will be like in 2 months you know it is hot now

i am far from an expert on this but i think you can buy meters and then put the main line to the meter and then seperate lines from there.  so not offical water company stats but you will then get a % of who used what sorry i dont have ore unfo

@Account Closed lol, says the poster begging for upvotes what a mean spirtied post i for one appreciate getting the feedback and benefit of experience from experienced and larger investors and managers then me.  BP is generally such a friendly place what a shame

sounds like you have a great agent who is giving you lots of possibilities in todays market it isnt like there is a ton of stuff and good on her/him for sending your a possibility  it is a bit dramatic to say she cahnged her tune sounds like she is just reacting to your dissatisfaction.  If they have been good to date sounds like you are lucky one
