I'm selling my rental. I gave my tenant notice verbally and in writing 6 weeks in advance. He was suppose to move Oct. 31. He communicated with me that he wouldn't be able to move until Nov. 4. It kept dragging out and did not appear like he was moving. I now haven't heard from him in 5 days. I went to house today and it is disgusting. Full of garbage and furniture and random belongings. Does anyone know what I'm legally able to do? Move all his things outside under a tarp and give him x amount of days to get it? Just wondering if someone else may have had the same experience?
