Looking at property in Orlando. Its a converted hotel they are selling each room. Staff manages the building and property (checks guest in & out). Question is I’m looking to use it as a Airbnb, would there anything I should be concerned with?

I saw a duplex in Stuart that looks ok, but I think if it was made a 2/2 on each side the number would be great.
