I have enrolled into a Real Estate Pre-licensing course.  I have been offered to work with a broker who know that I'm a real estate investor.  What are the costs $$ associate with being associate with a broker?

Has anyone heard of banks getting in the business of rehabbing the properties that are bank owned... is this true?
