@David Ginn Hi David, appreciate your comment. I purchased my first multi-family beginning of this year. Are you saying any property owned should be sold for best value or advising to not purchase more at this given time? Just want to make sure I comprehended correctly.

Thanks everyone @Dillon Cook - It would be a rental investment

Hi Everyone! Love this thread! Just purchased my first multi-family in Port Charlotte and looking to purchase in both the Tampa & St. Pete area. If anyone knows of any REI meet ups, I'd love to attend.

Anyone know of a good property management team in the Port Charlotte / Rotonda West area?

Need some good referrals for property management in Port Charlotte/Englewood area?

Thank you!!

Anyone purchased in Springhill, FL? Areas housing market is lower than most but shows a nice rice in the past couple years. Would love any feedback with numbers? Pros? Cons?

Ty!

@Raymond J. Rodrigues
Is that the case even though I’m not the borrower on my first home? I’m on the deed only. This property, I would be the borrower.

@Raymond J. Rodrigues Yes, but multi-family. I would like to use a DPA again but I didn’t realize I couldn’t do that if on the deed of another property…. I thought it only effected the borrower. $10-$13k.

@Basit Siddiqi Thank you. I’m meeting with my broker tomorrow to crunch the numbers with both to see which makes more sense. I am looking for a CPA - Do you service FL or have any recommendations?
