Wow! This a great because I live in Cleveland OH, I will be a first time home buyer and I received my Associates degree within the last 3 years! Also I like the idea of house hacking. Thanks for this valuable information

I want to wholesale properties but I heard that it's illegal in Ohio. Is this true? If so how can I get started in real estate with little money and bad credit?
