Does anyone know where i can get historical transaction sales data by a region (i.e sales price, sqfoot, etc..., sale data) of all properties sold in a particular region in an excel/csv format? 

Contractor will likely have more expertise assessing cost to repair, than a wholesaler.

Wow congrats! How did u get the loan or qualify? Other assets? How would someone qualify without Significant experience? SBA loan?
