Hi friends, We are currently looking for deal finders and wholesalers.  We primarily invest in fix and flips, however we are starting to look for fix and hold units.  Whether single family or multi unit.  We tend to stay away from H.O.A type stuff.  Looking for people that know the area and know the numbers.  Please contact me or message me if you see anything or here of anything OFF market in the following areas:

19002, 19044, 19040, 19090, 18976, 19440.

We are open to other areas if the numbers make sense.
